PVoutput data is not correct. Starts too late

Post by misterx1000 » Sun Sep 01, 2019 9:12 pm

Hey guys,

I have a problem with the PVoutput data export. When I look into my PVoutput account I can see that the first data are recorded at 10am.

But my 123solar starts recording around 6am what is absolutely correct.

Seems that the data transfer from 123solar to PVoutput is somehow corrupt.

Is there a wrong configuration within the 123solar configuration?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards
Alex

Hi,
Check your timezone in PVoutput. If you have doubt about what's been send, enable 123s debug and check PVoutput return log in debugger.

Hi Jeanmarc,

thank you very much for your help. I checked the time and date settings in my PVoutput account and they are correct.

I examinde this phenomenon in the PVoutput history of the last months, I find out that it works without problems on some days, but not on other days. Up to now I can see no reason or pattern.

But I activated the 123s debug mode. I hope this bings a little light into the dark ;-)

I´ll get back to you when I have some results.

Thank you again and best regards!
Alex

Hi Jeanmarc,

please find the log below. Something else is strange: When I look at the "Info" site of 123solar, I can see "25-Aug-201"9 as the last date of data transmission to PVoutput (Alex solar power plant 5.000kW - 25-Aug-19 12:30PM - pvoutput.org)

The raspberry works fine and also the internet access and the permissions are OK and nothig has changed.

Do you have an idea?

Thanks and best regards
Alex

Hi Alex,
Obviously your fritz box block the access (you got a firewall?)
Can you reach PVo from your logger ? curl -v http://pvoutput.org/service/r2/addstatus.jsp

Hi Jeanmarc,

I also thought so and checked the raspi settings in the fritz box. I confirmed the actual settings again and today it worked. Also in 123 solar I get a positive feedback.
Maybe the fritz box was "confused" in any way and really blocked my raspi. I will keep an eye on it.

Thank you so far. I hope that was all.

Best regards and thank you very much again for the great support!
Alex
