graph with incomplete data

Post by andy » Thu Jul 19, 2018 9:36 am

i have 3 inverters on one RPi (rs485)

inverter1 and inverter2
have incomplete data
(inverter1 - at 6:00, 6:20, 7:10 ..
inverter2 - at 6:00, 6:10, 7:05 ...)
inverter3 have comlete data (every 5mins)

in graphs i have this((
Image - ALL data

Image -invt1

Image - invt2

BUT yesterdays graph are solid

Hi,
As the README state : Install and test the communication application(s) for your inverter(s) and make sure it is reliable !
Turn off 123s, then stress test each inverter and adjust the com. parameters. You may use comtester.php available in comapps_examples to do so.

Thanks jeanmarc
(again)
i will test my inverter.
But my question is:
Can i getr SOLID graph in today live graph (as in yesterday graph)
even if data is incomplete

The problem is to get a same time sample for each inverter to get the total average. In one inverter view that's easy to avg the missing value and make less visual impact. But on multi-systems is it more complicated, the sum is handle by the JS library Highcharts.
I guess the total yesterday graph is incorrect, even though it looks good.

That say, 123s try 3 times to get the 5' sample. If it is missing, that mean that your connection is unreliable... For aurora -Y3 parameter usually does the trick.
