That's the idea, if set to 'no' only local access. You must set 'always' to get HTTP authentication from outside IP.

But I get the above message with local access.
So it is normal to see every time that message with local access and HTTP authentication set to "not" .....
I expected to log in without authentication or messages ...

Authentication is mandatory, the 'off' option should only be for early setup. If someone go to your LAN, he can steal some personal info.
If set to 'no' and with 'authentication detected' returns no message, older 123s users will have trouble logging since AUTH haven't been set for them yet
